My boss tells me somewhat the same thing every day: "Don't look at problems as problems; look at them as opportunities!"

I still get headaches from them, either way. The simpliest thing to do is just eliminate the problem, not try to live with it. And the simpler something is, the more likely it can be done.

And the simplest thing here is to stop ALL immigration until we can get a handle on it.

It isn't as if we have vast land resources no one is using as we did during the 1800's. Now most other countries has more available land and resources than we do.
