I really appreciate your comments about what conservatives say. I've never heard any of them personally but I'm certain you must have had. Otherwise you wouldn't be saying those things about your Man. I must be way behind the times - or way ahead of them. The same with blacks who went through school. Those who did well in school because they worked hard must not be the ones who fail when they get jobs. I was under the impression that all failed in school but most did great when working. I'll have to discuss this with some of my black friends. I'm sure they will be interested in your ideas.
