Can't quarrel with what you've said, but here's another point, there IS an actual comprehensive, free market solution that Congress has been aware of for some time and which they refuse to pay attention to because it is a SOLUTION not an excuse to seize control of life-and-death.

It reforms Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP, which are all broke and bankrupting.
