True FREE MARKET plans don't have to be concerned about WHO uses the system. Just another added layer of protection from going free market and getting the government OUT of health care.

This is accurate across-the-board and would be worsened with Obamacare.
There is, however, a solution: the free market. Same thing that drives down the cost of REAL surgeries with the potential for death, complications, and lawsuits: LASIK and plastic surgery. The real reason those costs drop is few insurers pay for them and there are fewer people with their special agendas driving costs up and complicating the mix.
We can simplify and greatly decrease costs (read Milton Friedman) and the COMPREHENSIVE plan that does it all is...
