As a NY'er this man is an absolute disgrace. He shows up at the Pearl River St Patrick's day parade calling himself either O'Schumer or McSchumer(all politicos do this but__). Anyway, he came to shake hands with the crowd, an older gentleman with a deep brouge said, Chucky boy, the cameras ain't here, they're down by the grandstand. He looked like he just s**t a brick, and the crowd went wild.

I believe there ought to be limits because the First Amendment is not absolute. No amendment is absolute. You can’t scream ‘fire’ falsely in a crowded theater. We have libel laws.
