Barry, you are right. The role of the community organizer is to mobilize the community to demand that someone ELSE solve your problem. The President did this in the campaign, but somehow forgot to think through the fact that a win for him would make him the person responsible for solving the problems. He has no experience in this,...and it shows. Note how he used the gulf disaster to gin up anger at BP in the beginning, but when it clearly dragged on as his own problem he became clueless. Note how any failure in security either becomes his success or someone else's fault.
