my son broke his back in an auto accident. Part of his surgery included four (4), very small titanium screws - priced at $1,100 EACH! This is insanity! You could go to most any supply shop and buy the same screw for under $5.00! Surely, sterilizing them CAN'T cost $1095.00!!!

With this kind of insanity, no wonder we have a "health care problem."

HOWEVER, government run health care is NOT the answer! The answer is to force the inflated price of medical services DOWN!

We are ALL "racist". Don't believe me? Then tell me - what's the very first thing you notice about a person - any person - you meet, or just see walking down the street? The color of their skin - right? (If you said "wrong" you're deceiving yourself....)

That being said, I try very hard to judge anyone I meet by what they are as an individual - not by their race. This is not always easy, as many black Americans don't allow me to display my willingness to accept or reject them on an individual basis. This slap in the face when you are trying to be and act non-judgemental about race is vry discouraging.
