Obama's Big Green Boondoggles

This is not surprising. The green enviro-wacko groups have garnered billions in tax payer dollars over the years. One of the wealthiest lobby groups in America. This is a way to launder tax dollars and see that money re-distributed into campaign war chests.

I don't read Krugman, won't waste my time on him, and shouldn't have bothered to read this article about Krugman. His thoughts are only good for the bottom of my bird cage.

This is an absolute outrage! They targeted Republican car dealerships and shut them down too. How much of this kind of abuse are we too stand for? This is political thuggery at it's worst.

The Job Wrecker in Chief

Obama's whole goal has been to duplicate what Democrats have done in Chicago. They have ruled Chicago with an iron fist for 40 years. What's their secret? Dependency. Obama's czars are strangling business while Obama is there to hand everyone unemployment checks. Obamacare places everyone on the nipple. Those with government jobs, they know what side their bread is buttered on. This has all been about power with Obama. To lock in Democrats for decades and create a dependent citizenry permanently latched to the federal nipple. He has failed simply because he did not know the breadth of the private sector, over-reached his boundaries, and lost the House in 2010.

Obama's Illinois Imploding

I have lived outside Chicago all my life. Despite what pundits say about Obama over his head, bad leadership, etc, the truth is, Obama has been attempting to duplicate what Democrats did in Chicago natoinally. Develop enough people on the federal nipple to ensure victory at elections forever. His czars have been busy strangling businesses with regulations while Obama talks jobs - public jobs. Obamacare was designed to put everyone on the nipple. Unemployment is good because he provides benefits to the unemployed (all on the nipple) Problem is, the private sector is much bigger than he realized, and he can't find enough money to buy the votes like they have in Chicago thanks to the November 2nd elections. We have stopped him.

It's not just the political fat cats, Chicago is a prime example of sucking business dry to pay for political power. Chicago has been in staunch democrat control for 40 years. The result, lots of entitlements, they've ran business either into the ground or out of Chicago and they now face a 300 Million dollar deficit. They usually look for Illinois to bail them out, but Illinois is in even worse shape. Illinois looks for Washington to bail them out, problem is, Washington is broke and has to go begging to China. it's a perfect storm and a perfect example of the cost for political power.

Out of Touch on Economy

Contrary to popular thought on Obama, it's not that he's out of touch, over his head, or just clueless on how to stimulate the economy. In fact, the absolute opposite is more true. Having lived outside Chicago all my life. I've seen what Democrats have done to the city. They have sucked the well (businesses) dry, attempting to make enough money to buy votes and build a group of people dependent upon government. It is this way they have locked in their power for the last 4 decades. While Obama has talked jobs, his czars have piled on regulatoins meant to kill business and jobs. He's grown government immensely, food stamps and other entitlement programs. His problem has been arrogance and not realizing how large the private sector is

Newt! Newt! N--

The problem with Newt has not changed. He has an acute form of foot in mouth syndrome. It hurt him as Speaker of the House, and it's going to hurt him now. We have far too many pressing issues in this nation to deal with the distraction of Newt syndrome and the cabal it generates with apologies, contritions and explanations. I like Newt, he's a great historian, he's smart, knows and understands America. Nevertheless, we cannot afford the three ring circus, we know he will be in the primaries.

I agree wholeheartedly John. Newt does not belong in this race and he will hurt the efforts far more then help remove Obama from office.
