Was also thinking the 14th Amendment would be repealed and thus the 10th would hold its weight again like it did once. Other then that this would be great if it would happen, but its not a perfect world. Lets just hope in time it comes to this.

No, don't disturb the 14th. That would aggravate too many people, unnecessarily.

Get rid of the 17th, and restore Senators to election by the States, not the people. It would result in a less demagogic and saner class of Senators. One less likely to allow unfunded mandates on the States, etc.

I just like the idea of the federal government superseding state laws that are made. The States should have their rights.

1) …There would be fewer regulations, lower taxes, a business-friendly environment, and a much smaller government that would lead to considerably stronger economic growth and job creation. In fact, we'd probably have to dramatically increase the number of work permits we hand out to foreign workers, not because there are "jobs Americans won't do" (which don't actually exist), but because so many Americans would be employed that we'd have to bring in more people to do all of the available work.
