No one is willing to stand up and defend the rights of gun owners. This was a long time in coming, but gun owners were complacent. They are to blame. Only 4 million member in the NRA? Every gun owner should belong. The politicians only listen the thosae who are well organized.

Is it just me, or are gun owners one of the most vocal and powerful minorities in the country? The pro-gun lobby is one of the best funded and best connected lobby groups in the country.

Many organizations on the left wish they had the type of governmental access wielded by the NRA and other pro-gun groups.
