The 47% don't have to worry because they don't pay anyhow. The rest of us are trying to join the 47%, that is how Obama won.
No. Obama was elected by the 47% , who pay no taxes and the 95% blacks, and the 73% of Hispanics ho benefit greatly by the government handouts. Thge women's vote 65% was handed to him by Santorum, Akin, and Murdoch who as men keep trying to end women's reproductive choices.

The takers were better motivated to vote and they did. The difference today is that many workers/taxpayers insyead of whpanting to poay fewer taxes and get ahead want to join the 47% of those wjho don't pay. I don't know if there really is an answer. I am tired of paying for all the free riders and might like to join them, too. What do the republicans have to offe r'We want you to get a job and become a taxpayer, lewave the comfort and benefits of the 47% nd join the other 53% of those unlucky bastards who used to support you"?
Everyone moves to part-time employees. Or reduces to under 50 employees. Or pays the fine for not providing healthcare currently about 2000 per worker. Chaeper to pay the fine than provide the benefit. and it is tax deductible. Obamacare will save companies who do not want to provide healthcare(most of them) lots of money.
Mt Trumka is doing ehat he is paid to do representing his constituents interests. Their interests were to re-elect Obama, which they did. Now his p[eople will be rewarded. That is how the system works. Difference with workers today and Reagan era: reagan convinced ther working person they were paying for the welfare recipients. They voted for him to reform welfare. Today the worker wants to join the 47& who don't pay so he votes democrat. Reagan would never win today. So many getting a free ride they would never vote republican to end it. Why would a Hispanic ever vote republican. The Reps want to close they border, make them pay taxes, and get a job. They will never vote to end their benefits. Wise up Republicans

The real reason is the 47% were protecting their benefits. Some of the 53% want into the 475 and hope Obama will give them an entitlemen.

Any Republicans who did not vote are idiots. These folks handed the election to Obama. Maybe our last chance as Blacks and Latinos will never vote againtst the party that gives them their benefits. The Republican choice of work hard, pay taxes, succeed is not desired by those who get a governemt check(the 47%). These people will NEVER vote to cut their benefit and neither would I. Those of us who are still paying for the others may have lost our last opportunity for fairness.

Could Ronald Reagan Get Elected Today?

Reagan would never make it past the radicla religious right that dominates the party. Their insistence on restricting women's reproductive choices as their nimber one issue would doom him. These people did not back Romney and it will cost all of us. 3 million fewer votes for Romney than McCain.

The radical religious right cost the Republicans two Senate seats for sure and gave Obama 65% of the women's vote. When are the old men of the Republican Party learn to let women make their own reproductive decisions?
Romney is 100% right. If you get a check from the gov't you will likely vote Obama who will keep it coming. If you are black, you will vote Obama and Hispanic likewise.
The military should fear Obama. He hates them. He will cut them by 50%. He will not let them win. He ran from Iraq and is running from Afghanistan. The U.S. now is the laughing stock of the world as we are anwillinh and unable to command any respect anywhere because we wikll not act decisively since WWII,
