You would let a killer like the DC murderer go, i wont use sniper because that is a noble calling, but would allow some women kill numerous babies as a means of birth control because she needs a choice. Military members did not need to fear a backlash from any groups, unlike the civilian world, the Army has ways for someone to report something and not be worried about any repercussions. The murderers peers and his superiors are complicit in this massacre, plain and simple. He should have been under surveillance by the CID, and the FBI. Political correctness be damned, report suspicious behavior. Now I will defend the Army that I love, the peers and superiors of this whacko are medical personnel, they are doctors, and are not the people in the military that protect us, they treat the men and women who protect us.
