Money has long been considered as free speech. Corporate personhood stretches back to Dartmouth College v. Woodward, which was decided in 1819. Corporations were found to be persons under the 14th amendment in Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad, which was decided in 1886. Neither concept is new. The issue with the Young Guns book has nothing to do with foreign entities. It is an attempt by the Democrats to ban political speech. Each and everyone of us should be appalled by this Fahrenheit 451, Orwellian tactic.

We are not the ones we have been waiting for.

That was the takeaway message of the recent Restoring Honor rally on the National Mall.

Unless you where on a strict no-media diet in the run-up to Labor Day this year, you saw a lot of Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin in the coverage of the rally. But the rally Beck organized and where Palin appeared, which honored wounded military heroes, actually had very little to do with the two media darlings.
