From what I've seen in the bill, that's not the case. I would HOPE that's the case, but could you point out in the AZ bill where it states that? Because the general thoughts on this bill are that the AZ police do not have to have "legal contact" before asking."

Many years ago, I was surprised to receive a letter from an old friend, saying that she had been told that I refused to see campus visitors from Africa.
