The Worst Part of the Sep. Jobs Report

(image) The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released its monthly job report for September, which had been delayed due to the government shutdown, on Tuesday. The report was dismal, with an unemployment rate of 7.2% and only 148,000 jobs created. Some analysts point to Obamacare or low labor force participation as explanations for the disappointing numbers, and none expect the economic recovery to improve anytime soon.
