FILE - In this Feb. 29, 2012 file photo Wisconsin State Sen. Dale Schultz, R-Richland Center, speaks at the state Capitol in Madison, Wis. The anti-abortion movement won approval of tough new abortion restrictions in Wisconsin and many Republican states this year, but the effort is running into resistance in some key states. Schultz feels Republicans are pushing people to fast and is trying to fend off more abortion proposals to avoid alienating voters not enamored of the party’s aggressive social agenda.
