In this Jan. 31, 2013 photo, people wait for distributed food around dinner time at a camp for displaced people in the town of Laiza, in northern Myanmar's Kachin-controlled region. Ethnic groups make up about 40 percent of Myanmar’s 60 million people, and there can be no stability without them.
