Casino dealers work on their respective games during the media tour of the new Solaire Casino, one of the country's biggest casinos Thursday March 14, 2013 at suburban Pasay city south of Manila, Philippines. Michael French, chief operating officer of Solaire Resort and Casino, said Thursday that studies not commissioned by his company project that the country’s gaming revenue of $1.9 billion could rise to $6 billion, which is currently what Singapore generates, in about five years. Officials of a $1-billion casino resort, with majority shares owned by the country's second richest Filipino Enrique Razon Jr., say they plan to help make the Philippines one of the biggest gaming centers in the world.
