FILE - In this Friday, March 8, 2013 file photo, South Korean President Park Geun-hye salutes during a joint commission ceremony of 5,780 new officers of Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines at the Gyeryong military headquarters in Gyeryong, south of Seoul, South Korea. The body that controls North Korea's military is dismissing the South Korea's new president with a sexist comment about the "venomous swish" of her skirt. An unidentified spokesman for the National Defense Commission's armed forces ministry also repeated North Korean vows from recent days of a "merciless retaliation" over ongoing U.S.-South Korean military drills.
