FOR STORY UKRAINE, IMPRISONED LAWYER - FILE - Lawyer Oleg Nikolishen sits inside Male prison number 85 in Bucha, Ukraine, in this file photo dated Tuesday Nov. 20, 2012. In January 2011 attorney Oleg Nikolishen went to a police station to defend a man accused of car theft, and ended up behind bars awaiting trial for the same crime, accused of participating in the theft of 11 high-end cars in Kiev as part of an organized crime group. Nikolishen claims he was arrested in retaliation for successfully defending clients in a country where prosecutors are used to getting their way, in a judicial system that is widely regarded as repressive and unfair. Nikolishen has subsequently been released from prison on bail to receive medical treatment for cancer, but his alleged crimes remain unresolved. (Photo/Efrem Lukatsky, file)
