A Spanish court on Friday Dec. 21, 2012 has set bail terms for a Martin who was extradited and charged with belonging to a terrorist organization as one of its leaders in a rare case where France extradited a citizen to be tried elsewhere. She was wanted for her work with Basque party Batasuna which is illegal in Spain for being the political wing of separatist group ETA but legal in France. France generally does not extradite its citizens, but French and Spanish authorities work closely to stem Basque separatist activity in northwest Spain and southwest France.
