FILE - This April 14, 2004 file photo shows Rick Kauffman, a spokesman for Jefferson County Schools, walking through the cafeteria at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colo. The library, that was once above the cafeteria, was removed after the tragedy at the school and a new one built. Many changes were made at the school after the shootings. After the massacre at Columbine, students finished the year at another school. Columbine reopened in time for the following school year after extensive repairs. "The intent of the school district is to put this back as a high school," Jack Swanzy, lead architect on the refurbishing project, said at the time. "We don't want to make it a shrine to the tragedy." (AP Photo/Ed Andrieski, File)
