FILE - In this June 28, 2009 file photo, army soldiers break into the presidential residency in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. More than a dozen soldiers arrested President Manuel Zelaya and disarmed his security guards after surrounding his residence before dawn. Three years after former President Manuel Zelaya was run out of office at gunpoint and in his pajamas, current president Porfirio Lobo twice publicly warned that his elite adversaries were conspiring to oust him in a coup, then provoked a constitutional crisis with the judges’ removal, an act that legal scholars describe as everything from an abuse of power to a betrayal of the country.
