Bill Gates, chairman and chief software architect of Microsoft, and U.S. Secretary of Education Richard Riley (L) talk to a group of students at the SEED public charter school in Washington, June 6. Gates was talking to the students about technology and a new program called Washington2Washington. The Washington2Washington program will link two classrooms on opposite coasts for a year of interactive, technology-enabled learning.
