Fred and Kathy Santos are seen in Sacramento Superior Court before a hearing where Superior Court Judge Lloyd G. Connelly, ruled that former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger didn't break any law when he reduced the manslaughter sentence for one of the men convicted in the death of their son, Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, in Sacramento, Calif. Connelly said the governor did not violate the voter-approved Marsy's Law when he reduced the sentence of Esteban Nunez, who pleaded guilty in the 2008 stabbing death of Luis Santos.
