Relatives of victims who were tortured and executed onboard the Chilean naval training ship "Esmeralda" hold a banner and a poster of English priest Miguel Woodward, who was detained and killed onboard the ship on September 22, 1973, in front of a naval ship in Valparaiso city, about 121 km (75 miles) northwest of Santiago, April 22, 2012. The "Esmeralda" was used as a detention and torture centre during a military coup in September 1973. The banner (L) reads:"Esmeralda is Torture".
