Uzi Barnai is cross examined by defense lawyer Brett Bloomston on the sixth day of Watson
Uzi Barnai (R), dive leader of the Spoilsport which is the boat Gabe and Tina Watson took their dive on, is cross examined by defense lawyer Brett Bloomston on the sixth day of Watson's capital murder trial at the Mel Bailey Criminal Justice Center in Birmingham, Alabama February 20, 2012. Watson, 34, is accused of drowning his 26-year-old wife Tina in October 2003 by turning off her oxygen supply during their post-wedding scuba diving trip in the waters off Townsville, Australia. Watson served 18 months in an Australian jail after pleading guilty to failing to do enough to help his wife, and is now being tried for murder in Birmingham, Alabama, where the couple got married. The prosecution plans to call witnesses from both countries, including overseas investigators, dive experts and fellow divers on the Watsons' trip.
