Men wait near a train station to stow away to Mexico City after failing to enter illegally into the U.S. state of Arizona, in Hermosillo, in the Mexican state of Sonora, July 22, 2010. Mexico and nine other Latin American countries have joined a brief supporting one of the lawsuits opposing a new controversial Arizona immigration law. The law, which takes effect on July 29, requires state and local police, during lawful contact, to investigate the immigration status of anyone they reasonably suspect of being an illegal immigrant.
