A little-known nomadic Indian tribe has been spotted by ecologists in Peru's Amazon rainforest, carrying arrows for bows and staying in huts made of palm leaves on a bank of the Las Piedras river. Ecologists photographed the indigenous group while flying over a nature reserve near Peru's border with Brazil to look for illegal loggers, who often encroach on lands tribes use for hunting and gathering.
