A would-be illegal immigrant looks out of the window of a police bus at the Armed Forces of Malta (AFM) Maritime Squadron base at Haywharf in Valletta's Marsamxett Harbour September 10, 2006. Twenty-eight immigrants on their way to reach European soil from Africa were rescued from their sinking boat by the Panama-registered tugboat 'Ruby Deliverer' about 26 nautical miles north-west of the Maltese islands, and were transferred to the AFM vessel.
