WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Federal agencies in Washington, D.C., will be open on Wednesday, after massive storm Sandy essentially shut down the federal government for two days.
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management also announced that federal government employees in Washington will have the option for unscheduled leave on Wednesday.
