One company recalled about 21,000 in-ground pool slides this week after several dangerous incidents, including a 29-year-old's death following a fractured neck. Another company recalled about 46,000 bassinets because of defective latches and hazards to infants. Other recalls this week include clothing with drawstrings and bar stools.

Here's a rundown of the recalled products:

INFLATABLE POOL SLIDES

DETAILS: Banzai in-ground pool water slides made by Manley Toys and sold at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Toys R Us stores from January 2005 through June 2009. The vinyl slides have a blue base, yellow sliding mat and an arch going over the top of the slide. The slides have the barcode number 2675315734 and model number 15734 on the original packaging.

WHY: During use, the slide can deflate, allowing the user to hit the ground underneath the slide and become injured. The slide is also unstable and can topple over in both still and windy conditions and carries inadequate warnings and instructions.

INCIDENTS: A 29-year-old woman died after fracturing her neck going down a slide which had been placed over the concrete edge of a pool. A 24-year-old man became a quadriplegic after a similar incident and another woman fractured her neck.

The words "Kolcraft Tender Vibes" or "Kolcraft Light Vibes" are located on the removable music box which is attached to the side of the bassinet. The bassinets were sold between July 2008 and May 2012.

WHY: The latches that attach the bassinet base onto the metal frame can appear locked in place but remain unlocked. This allows the bassinet to become detached from the metal frame, posing an injury hazard to the infant inside.

INCIDENTS: Seven reports of latches that detached from the bassinet frame. One infant suffered a bruised cheek when the bassinet detached from the metal frame and landed sideways on the floor with the infant inside.
