ATLANTA (AP) — A defense attorney for a Georgia author charged with bilking two women out of millions of dollars says his client plans to plead guilty to some charges in the case.Mitchell Gross' defense attorney Jerry Froelich wouldn't say what charges his client will be pleading guilty to at a hearing Tuesday in federal court. Court records confirm a change of plea hearing has been set.Prosecutors say Gross duped a woman he met through an online Jewish dating site into investing about $3 million in a sham company. They say he used some of the money to repay an ex-girlfriend another $1.4 million that he bilked out of her.Gross writes under the pen names Mitchell Graham and Douglas Alan. His work includes a suspense story called "Circle of Lies."
