DUQUESNE, Pa. (AP) — A man has been arrested in a December shooting at a "Sweet 16" party in western Pennsylvania that killed one person and injured seven others.Allegheny County authorities took 25-year-old Quentin Ingram of McKeesport into custody Wednesday at a Versailles apartment.Ingram is charged with criminal homicide and seven counts each of aggravated assault and recklessly endangering as well as a firearms crime.Police were called to a Duquesne home shortly before midnight Dec. 17 after shots rang out in a basement where the party was being held.Eighteen-year-old Drew Henderson-Bracey was killed. Another adult and six youths were injured.Authorities have not commented on a possible motive for the shooting.A listed number for the defendant could not be found Wednesday; it was unclear whether he had an attorney
