BIRMINGHAM (Reuters) - Five people were killed early on Sunday morning at a house riddled with bullet holes west of downtown Birmingham, the Birmingham Police Department said.
Sergeant Vincent Green declined to say whether the victims were shot, but said that the scene showed evidence of multiple gunshots at the home in the Ensley Highlands area.
Police were interviewing possible witnesses, Green told Reuters.
Birmingham Police Sergeant Johnny William in a statement asked anyone with information on the case to contact the Birmingham Police Department.
