CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A Texas woman has pleaded guilty to killing her 6-year-old son in New Hampshire and disposing of his body in rural Maine.Forty-two-year-old Julianne McCrery was charged with second-degree murder in the death of her son, Camden Hughes. She pleaded guilty Friday morning.Her deal calls for a sentence of 45 years to life in prison. She is expected to be sentenced in January.The discovery of Camden's body in May under a blanket on a dirt road launched a nationwide effort to identify him. Even as that was under way, McCrery called her son's Texas school daily to report him absent.A medical examiner says Camden died of asphyxiation. The mother and son had stayed in a New Hampshire motel the weekend before his body was discovered.
