Prosecutors have filed vehicular homicide charges against a man accused of killing four people in a drunken driving crash in Washington state.
Prosecutors say 27-year-old Matthew C. McDonald of Snohomish drank eight beers before crashing his SUV into a sedan Sunday on Highway 9 near Marysville.
The Everett Herald reports that four counts of vehicular homicide were filed Wednesday.
McDonald remains jailed on $1 million bail.
The crash killed Brad Agerup, 54, and his wife, Melissa Agerup, 48; and Hilda Woods, 62 and her husband, Tom Woods, 57.
