Simpson in the Nevada trial that led to his armed robbery and kidnapping conviction is accusing three Las Vegas lawyers of slander for saying he failed to pay promised fees to his co-counsel.Yale Galanter (GAHL'-an-ter) accuses Gabriel Grasso, Josh Tomsheck and Malcolm LaVergne of defamatory statements in an April 3 report by The Associated Press about a civil breach of contract lawsuit that Grasso filed March 30 in Las Vegas.The AP is not a defendant in Galanter's lawsuit.The lawsuit filed Thursday in Florida's Miami-Dade County Circuit Court seeks unspecified damages greater than $15,000.LaVergne says Galanter's lawsuit is "completely without merit."Messages seeking comment were left for Grasso and Tomsheck.
