Denver Nuggets forward Chris Andersen sprained his left ankle in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Andersen sprained the ankle in the backcourt with 7:33 left in the first half and left the game. He had an X-ray done on the ankle and the results were negative.
Andersen had four points in just under 9 minutes of action.
