Michigan and George Mason took top overall men and women's honors on Saturday at the Orange Bowl Swimming Classic in the Florida Keys.
Michigan easily won against second-place finisher Duke and George Mason's men's team that finished third.
George Mason's women swimmers beat Duke and Vermont, however coach Peter Ward said the experience of racing in a different environment provides the real value for his team.
Staged at the Jacobs Aquatic Center, the Classic is the highlight event of the winter collegiate training season in the Keys.
Several Olympic athletes swam in the exhibition, including Peter Vanderkaay, a 2008 Olympic gold winner in the 4 X 200-meter freestyle relay.
