Eagles quarterback Michael Vick was forced out of Sunday's game against San Francisco with a bruised thigh.
Vick was stopped on a third-and-1 late in the first quarter and left the field on his own power. He took a seat on the bench and was treated by the training staff.
Vick left for the locker room at the end of the quarter.
Vick was on the field for three plays. He ran twice for 2 yards.
