Will the Democrats have the time to read their own health care bill before voting on it?

Max Hall threw for 312 yards and four touchdowns in just over two quarters, and No. 25 BYU won its sixth straight over Wyoming, 52-0 on Saturday.

BYU (7-2, 4-1 Mountain West) recorded its first shutout of the season and second consecutive against the Cowboys. The Cougars beat Wyoming 44-0 last year.

Hall now has 28 career wins, one behind the school record held by Heisman Trophy winner Ty Detmer, who played at BYU from 1988-91.

Against Wyoming (4-5, 2-3), he was 20 of 22 and had TD passes of 44, 2, 79 and 15 yards. He completed passes to seven different receivers before taking a seat midway through the third quarter.

It was the most lopsided loss for Wyoming since 1985.

Cougars receiver McKay Jacobson, who missed the previous four games with a hamstring injury, caught three passes for 100 yards, including the 79-yard TD score.

Harvey Unga rushed for 85 yards before limping off the field early in the third quarter.

BYU coach Bronco Mendenhall said Unga's injury was not serious and he could have returned to the game.

But that wasn't necessary with the game so one-sided.

The Cougars outgained the Cowboys 543-225. The closest Wyoming came to scoring was just before halftime when it drove down to the BYU 7 but time ran out in the half.

Freshman quarterback Austyn Carta-Samuels was 14 of 23 for 108 yards for the Cowboys.

It was the third time the Cowboys have been shut out this season under new coach Dave Christensen, a former offensive coordinator at Missouri who was hired in December to revitalize the Cowboy's offense.
