Fatal shooting over music compared to Martin case

ATLANTA (AP) — The fatal shooting of a Florida teenager who was listening to loud music in a car is drawing comparisons to the Trayvon Martin case, but there are some stark differences.There are several witnesses to this shooting and the man accused of killing Jordan Davis at a Jacksonville, Fla., gas station was arrested almost immediately. In the Martin case, neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman wasn't arrested until more than a month after the shooting.Michael David Dunn faces a murder charge. Police say Dunn opened fire after telling Davis and his friends to turn down their music. Dunn's attorney says he shot in self-defense.Davis' funeral will be held Saturday in Cobb County, where his family lives.
