WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Fox News projected that Republican Mitt Romney won the swing state of North Carolina's 15 electoral votes in Tuesday's presidential election.
North Carolina went for President Barack Obama in 2008 but was seen as leaning toward Romney this year.
