Texas congressman Ron Paul has clinched second place in the Republican New Hampshire presidential primary, ahead of former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman.
Returns from 21 percent of New Hampshire precincts showed former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney with 35 percent of the vote, followed by Paul with 25 percent and Huntsman with 17 percent.
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum trailed with 10 percent each.
