President Barack Obama will mark the end of the war in Iraq at a special ceremony Tuesday.
The president will be joined by Vice President Joe Biden at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland for the return of the United States Forces-Iraq colors, the flag that was lowered from a staff in Baghdad last week.
The last U.S. combat troops rolled out of Iraq across the border into neighboring Kuwait at daybreak Sunday, ending nearly nine years of war.
