After a day stacked with meetings, President Barack Obama will depart Thursday evening for the climate change summit in Copenhagen.
He's scheduled to arrive Friday at the meeting, where questions of emissions targets for industrial countries and billions of dollars in funding for poor countries remain unresolved.
The U.S. has offered a 17 percent reduction from 2005 emissions levels by 2020.
