Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. is planning to have its new $368 million Baton Rouge casino and hotel project open by Labor Day.
Pinnacle officials described the plans Thursday to the Gaming Control Board as they provided an update on the casino's construction.
The project will be called L'Auberge Baton Rouge when it opens.
An employment center was opened last month with a job fair to begin filling the positions at the casino. A recruitment campaign will begin later this month.
