Business software maker Oracle Corp. has acquired Silver Creek Systems Inc., a company that provides software for sharing product data across supply chains.
Oracle announced the deal Monday, but did not disclose how much it paid for the company from Westminster, Colo.
Oracle shares fell 17 cents to $24.68 in morning trading.
