Moody's declares 10.5 cent per share dividend

Moody's Corp. declared a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on Tuesday.
The parent of credit ratings agency Moody's Investors Service said the dividend is payable March 10 to shareholders of record on Feb. 20.
